Technical Requirements for Double-Track Inorganic Fabric Grade A Fire Shutters
As a leading fire door manufacturer in China, we adhere to stringent technical standards to ensure the safety and reliability of our fire shutters. Below are the detailed specifications for our double-track inorganic fabric grade A fire shutters.

1. Compliance with Standards
The production of the inorganic fabric double-track grade A fire shutters complies with GB14102-2005, which outlines the general technical conditions for fire shutters.
2. Fire Resistance
Fire resistance rating: The fire shutters must meet TF3 classification, with a minimum fire resistance time of ≥3.0 hours. The average temperature rise and maximum single-point temperature rise on the non-fire side must meet the requirements of the Shenyang Fire Brigade.
3. Material Specifications
The shutter curtain is made of inorganic fire-resistant fabric, aluminum silicate fiber blanket, radiation-resistant fabric, and decorative fabric, all stitched with high-temperature resistant thread. The double-sided construction uses galvanized steel strips to ensure wind resistance. The bottom box plate is made of galvanized steel with a thickness of ≥0.8 mm and is seamless.

The roll shaft is constructed from seamless steel pipe, with an anti-rust and anti-corrosion treatment applied to the outer wall.

The guide rails are made of galvanized steel with a thickness of ≥3 mm, designed with a composite structure.

4. Control System Features
Control System Functions:

6.1 The fire shutter can be independently controlled and has a manual operation feature, linked with a temperature fuse device and connected to the central fire control room.

6.2 Smoke alarm functionality allows the shutter to automatically descend to a height of 1.5-1.8 meters, with a delay of 180 seconds (adjustable), before closing completely.

6.3 The system supports single descent on smoke detection and secondary descent on temperature detection.

6.4 It complies with standard temperature control release requirements.

6.5 Chain break protection device: Each fire shutter is equipped with a chain break protection device to ensure safety and public security.

6.6 Vertical opening and closing speed: Not less than 2 m/min, with a self-weight descent speed not exceeding 9.5 m/s and an average noise level of 85 dB.

6.7 Electrical specifications: Main power supply 50Hz, 380V; signal power supply 24V; power output ranging from 0.37-2.2KW (determined by door opening size).

The top of the guide rail should have an arc shape, extending at least 75 mm beyond the opening.

The sliding surface of the guide rail must be smooth and straight, with straightness not exceeding 1.5 mm per meter and an overall deviation not greater than 0.12%.

The gap between the fire shutter base plate and the ground should not exceed 20 mm.

A manual opening and closing device should be installed for use in the event of power failure.

The fire shutter must descend relying on its own weight and maintain a constant speed, with the manual release operation requiring no more than 50N of force.

Fire shutters must utilize a fire protection power supply, with power cables run through metal conduits for concealed installation. If exposed, appropriate fire protection measures must be taken.

In the absence of a fire alarm, the fire shutter should possess basic manual and electric functions for up, stop, and down, with accurate and reliable upper and lower limit positioning.
