Structural Features
Door Frame: Made from high-quality 1.2 mm thick 202/304 stainless steel, the door frame is formed through a single rolling process. Custom cross-sections can be tailored to user specifications.
Door Leaf: The exterior panel of the door leaf is constructed from 0.8 mm thick 202/304 stainless steel. The interior features a groove-type skeleton filled with perlite board, securely bonded with fire-resistant adhesive. This design ensures strength without compromising fire resistance.
Hinges: The door leaf is attached to the frame using easily removable flag hinges, making installation straightforward and enhancing resistance to vandalism.
Lock and Closer: Users can select high-quality locks and door closers according to their preferences.
