Technical standard requirements for steel fireproof doors
1、 Materials and Fire Protection Requirements
Fire resistance limit
The fire resistance limit of Class A fire doors should not be less than 1. The fire resistance limit of Class B fire doors shall not be less than 0.9 hours, and the fire resistance limit of Class C fire doors shall not be less than 0.6 hours.    
2、 Direction of door leaf opening and closing
1. The right door rotates clockwise.
2. The left door rotates counterclockwise
3. The opening direction of the fire door must be the evacuation direction
3、 Technical requirements
1. Materials and Accessories
1) The door frame, door leaf panel, and their reinforcements are made of cold-rolled steel sheets. The door frame adopts 1. 5mm thick steel plate, 1.2mm thick steel plate for door panel, and 1.5mm thick steel plate for reinforcement. If the reinforcement has screw holes, the thickness of the steel plate should not be less than 3. 0mm.
2) Fill the door leaf and frame with non combustible materials
3) The melting temperature of hardware accessories such as locks, hinges, and pins installed on steel fire doors shall not be lower than 950 ℃.
4) The hinges installed on fire doors shall not use bidirectional springs, and single doors shall be equipped with door closers.
5) There must be a cover seam board between the double doors, and a door closer and a positioner must be installed
6) The door frame is equipped with a sealing groove. The groove is embedded with a sealing strip made of non combustible material.
4、 Appearance quality
Welding requirements: The welding should be firm and the welding points should be evenly distributed. False welding and burn through are not allowed. The outer surface of the plug welding area should be polished flat. The surface of the door frame and leaf should have no obvious defects such as bumps, scratches, etc.
Spray requirements. The surface of the fire door should be sprayed with anti rust primer, and the paint layer should be uniform, flat, smooth, without any stacking, pitting, bubble leakage, or flowing phenomenon.
